Creative Blessings Productions LLC agrees to provide services as outlined in your proposal, statement of work, or quote. This may include video production, photography, editing, event coverage, and related creative deliverables.
Invoices are due according to the schedule in your agreement unless otherwise specified. Deposits may be required to reserve dates. Late payments may delay delivery of final files.
The client agrees to provide timely access to venues (where applicable), accurate scheduling information, talent or appearance releases when needed, and feedback within agreed review windows so Creative Blessings Productions LLC can meet milestones.
Services may be cancelled or postponed according to the cancellation policy stated in your contract. Work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date may be billed in line with that policy.
